Onwwardd is a community health education project for women. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about this policy, please get in touch using the form on our contact page.
We only collect information you give us directly:
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical records or details of your health conditions.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if you have subscribed, to send you our quarterly newsletter. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes. Our website forms are handled by Formspree, a third-party service that delivers form submissions to us, in line with its own privacy policy and GDPR commitments.
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your query and for a reasonable period afterwards. We keep newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics that identify you personally.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these rights, send us a request using the form on our contact page and tell us what you would like us to do.
